When you find yourself feeling so down and feeling like you will never make your day. Practice these 7 key things and they will probably get you back to a powerful, cheerful day — every day.

1. Thoughts consciousness

Check what kind of thoughts you are thinking at that time if you are holding a bad thought or a negative one, change it into positive thought within a moment. Thoughts hold different vibration which produces different emotions. Positive thoughts = good emotion and Negative thoughts = bad emotions.

2. Foods

Eat healthy foods that nourish your body and give it energy because you can’t do well if you are not feeling well. Be watchful of what you are taking inside your body by making sure you are eating healthy food. Stay away from junk foods, you have to love your body and take care of it.

3. Meditation

Quieting your mind for a moment helps you get out of the destructive environment. Focus on your breathing (in and out) for a moment and go deep inside your mind while thinking about you only — feel yourself and connect to you deep inside.

4. Pray

Connect to the source power before going out for the day. Say thank you for the life and for the power source inside your body. You should be grateful, you are alive now — its a great gift from your source of being.

5. Exercise

Prepare your day, every day, with good strategies to carry you on. Through exercise, you will become strong, perfect and you will feel good about yourself.

6. Kindness and Love

Send love and kindness to everyone around you and nourish your day with a smile.

7. Forgiveness

Forgive anyone who did something that doesn’t align with your personal values. Don’t hold a grudge — doing that you are hurting yourself not the person. Let go, choose to be happy, next time value the difference.
