Behind the Little Things
We have been living our lives in numerous ways.
We learn different things too, through different techniques and methods.
But have you ever asked yourself why you never see yourself growing?
I am not talking about living from age to age or stage to stage, but it is about seeing the little things — like how do you grow?
We just found ourselves changing from form to form and then, we hit to old age with different names.
What I have learned from that evolution is that we have different little things that can’t be seen but they have tremendous impacts on us.
Just like a spider, how they build their spiderwebs, it takes minor initiatives to accomplish that.
And when spider web unites they tie up a lion.
This is the meaning of this slice. It is to let you understand the power of the little hidden things that can bring tremendous impacts in your life — unconscious.

Daily Reading
If you find yourself finding it difficult to read then this is for you.
Reading may seem like a hard thing and you will avoid yourself to do that.
But we all shower to be clean, eat to be healthy or buy new dresses and wear them.
We always do that for our body.
But what about the mind? The soul?
We don’t care and forget them completely.
Just be reminded that it is more about balancing your threefold part — the body, mind, and soul.
Build a habit of reading a book or something productive for 15–30 minutes in the morning.
Precisely, should be before touching the newspapers or listening to any radio news.
Fill your mind with positive things first to make your day better.
The Use of Magic Words
Magic words are words when used, release resentments, hate, anger or anything related to that.
They are filled up with healing energy and they can change your perceptions to the person around you or how people think of you.
Those words are:
Thank you — say thank you whenever possible to others. When they do something to you appreciate their efforts.
The life that you have right now, it is a blessing. Say thank you to yourself, for your family, friends, neighbors, etc.
I am sorry — say I am sorry whenever possible. Let sorry be your guide when resentments, anger or hate appear.
These two words when used dissolve hate and embrace the art of appreciation.
They may seem like nothing but they mean a lot.
Appreciation and Gratitude
Being in the state of appreciation and gratitude open your inner self.
Your inner self is love — it is something that cannot hate, judge or justifying why this is happening to me and not someone else.
Appreciate what you are, what you have while waiting for the things that you wish to have.
Daily practice of appreciation and gratitude will help you focus on what you have in your life (hence positivity) rather than focusing on what you do not have and start blaming.
Exercise
You don’t need to wait for doctor order to exercise.
You don’t need to have 2000 pounds to exercise.
Just do it.
Why?
It’s healthy.
Exercises make you feel refreshed and release your muscles into freeness.
Move your body to gain energy. If you don’t move you will standstill.
Just move.
Smile
Thich Nhat Hanh, one among the profound Buddhist monk says that you can brighten your spirits and actually bring yourself better physical health if you smile five times a day for no particular reason.
And when you smile at one another, it improves the mental, physical and spiritual health of all who see that smile.
But also a smile sends a positive vibe and a positive vibe sends a positive message to anyone around you.
All of these little hidden things may seem so stupid or simple (not deciding to do) but only until you decide to do the little things — you will start building the big ones.
