Get Wiser. Get Stronger. Get Better

In this era of awakening, many humans are really alive and some have died while still alive. Some get better and some fall. Others are depressed, stressed and unhappy all the time but some are mindful, peaceful, and full of joyous.

It all really depends on what kind of group you will like to position yourself. But I am consciously aware, the one who is reading this is in the path of aliveness (mindful, peaceful, and full of joyous).

To keep that aliveness inside you, learn to get Wiser, Stronger, and Better!

Get wiser

· Read books that inspire you and practice what will work for you. It isn’t necessarily to accept each and everything that comes from the writer but only takes that which defines your concepts of who you are.

· Associate yourself with like-minded people; get rid of energy vampires; the ones who suck your energy all the time — and just be reminded that for anything or anyone who consumes your time consumes your life.

· Choose wisdom over information, choose knowledge over money and mostly, choose knowing over handled belief because that is the core of who you are.

· Stay in a good environment where you will be able to learn — learn more skills and get practical.

· Appreciate other's differences, values, ideas, and views. Chip in because everyone deserves to be who they are — but so you are too.

· Support others on the good things they are doing, appreciate, congratulate, and clap for them. If you do into others either it’s good or bad, just know that you are doing it to yourself. We are all One.

Get Stronger

· Face challenges don’t run away from them. Take a lesson then next times do it differently.

· Forgive others and let go so that you can grow — but most important you should forgive yourself and let go of guilt.

· Quit excuses and do it for your own. It’s up to you to make it happen either way. If you are waiting for others it won’t be done.

· Take responsibility for your life. Understand that, no one can do it for you, no one can take you and give you all the desires and ideal life you have in your mind — its only you.

· Exercise your mental power each and every single day. Face the truth and always do the right things.

Get better

· Take good care of yourself. Feed yourself nourish food, exercise, and drink a lot of water. I am not a doctor but I know doing that it’s healthy :)

· Work on yourself continuously, each and every single day to be the best version of who you are — don’t satisfy, you have unlimited potential inside you.

· Find new skills that will support you. Success its in what you want to accomplish and according to your definition — not other's accomplishments or definitions.

· Always choose commitment, over excuses. Try to see first before pointing your finger into others. But also remember to try new things and embrace change.

· Last; Commit the work and live the life you were designed to live.
