Get Sick Of the Things That Make You Sick

The outcomes that we have today do not satisfy us and make us give up — sometimes make us sick.

Facing that makes us get stuck in our lives and the only thing as the only solution that we can do is to give up on them, let them go. Getting sick of being sick — by treating them.

· Give up on toxic friends. Those who don’t build you, encourage you, inspire you or even help you.

· Give up on social media buzzing. If there are no productive things — spending 2–3 hrs. Scrolling on others posts it’s a destruction to you, another way, you are wasting your precious time.

· Give up on your phone. You can’t spend 2–5 hours chatting online with friends then expect to be productive, it won’t happen. Use your energy on productive things and learn to value your time.

· Give up unhealthy lifestyle. Junk foods won’t make you sweet. The results aren’t seen today, they will appear 2 years later.

· Give up on negative mind, negative attitude and negative perspective — you will never see life solutions, you will always see problems.

· Give up on a fixed mindset. Take time to learn new skills, improve your mental capacity through reading books.

· Give up on procrastinating. Do the things that you say you will do. We only have present, tomorrow never comes.

· Give up on excuses. The justification about your life — how bad it gets, won’t do you good. Change yourself and live the results that you want to see for your own sake.

· Give up on self-limiting beliefs. That you always tell yourself — I am not good enough. I can’t do this. I don’t have enough education. I don’t have enough skills — whatever seems like limiting for you — give up.

· Give up on using your emergency break in your life. If you decide to do something “Just Do It,” even NIKE told you to do that, so what are you waiting for?

If you are sick and still doing the things that make you sick, you will get sicker.

The best thing to do is to give up on those things that make you sick and live a healthy life for your own productivity.

· Get sick of blaming and own your own responsibilities.

· Get sick of time-wasting instead act.

· Get sick of laziness, skipping things and discipline yourself.

· Get sick of waking up late and schedule yourself for early mornings.

· Get sick of neglecting yourself and accept yourself as who you really are.

· Get sick of putting yourself down instead build yourself up and advance your self-acceptance and self- confidence.
