Problems equals growth :)
Dear friend,
Problems in our lives are just there to help us grow. They are there to get us back on our path. They’re there to help us give birth to new desires, new ideas, and new goals and give us focus. If it weren’t for any problems in our lives dear friend, we would never understand that which we want or that which we don’t want. It’s those problems that always give us clarity.
The problems come when we give too much of our focus and attention to problems themselves instead of that which was born out of the problem — of which is.. new desires, new solutions, new ideas, new wants, new goals, and lots more and that truly it’s what keeps our energy flow. That’s what keeps us alive.
And truly, the truth is; that most of the problems in our lives don’t affect us as much as the meanings that we give to those problems themselves and that’s what cripples us. But also on the other side, as spiritual beings, believe me — we all need those problems for us to grow. Without them, we would be pronounced dead.
Dear friend, train yourself to love problems and see them differently. Appreciate them and find meaning beyond them. But also don’t spend too much time feeding your energy to the problems — yet feed your energy to that which was born out of the problem (of which is; new ideas, desires, wants, solutions etc) embrace it, and therefore your life will become easier to live.
You are a human right? Well. Just accept that we all face something at a time. No one doesn’t. That’s how nature is. Yet the only difference between those who master and those who don’t is that .. Masters choose to perceive problems differently — they perceive problems as an opportunity for them to grow.
And as an Author: truly if it wasn’t for those problems in my life, I don’t think that I would be understanding life the way I do now or living that which I am living now. A lot was born out of any adversity I have ever faced before — writing, yoga, love, appreciation, bravery, wisdom, clarity, and lots more. Now I know for sure that well-being always abounds :)
Fun fact.
When I face problems — of which I love perceiving them as contrasting experiences… I normally pronounce to myself that.. well. something new is about to be born. I wonder what could that be.
Next thing I do? I pay attention. I meditate. And give myself time to rest as long as I can. And that’s how I deal with problems and I know it’s hard. I might cry (btw, I cry a lot :), I might get confused and condemn myself at that time but deep inside I am aware that this comes and goes, and something is about to be born and it always turns out well :)
Love,
Gilda :)
