Eckhart Tolle

The Power of Now

I passed through this amazing book by Eckhart Tolle — The Power of Now.

I might say it’s amongst the most profound book on my list :)

Full of wisdom and knowledge and if you can pass through the book — I guarantee, your time will be spent well.

The lessons that I want to share from this book it’s about how we can handle life circumstances in our daily existence.

I understand we have been going through a lot, but with a few techniques, from Eckhart, you will get something and I believe that it will serve a purpose.

To be a joyful being, Eckhart Tolle suggested the followings;-

1. Use Maybe if people want to point out what is right or wrong… is that really or not. Use this as it’s for Non-judgmental

2. Use Is That So? If you are accused of something. Don’t fight back instead create a situation of Non-resistance toward that accusation.

3. The use of This too will pass if you are facing a bad time, and can create a situation of Non-attachment to the problems.

Nonresistance, nonjudgment, and nonattachment are the three aspects of true freedom and enlightenment. — Eckhart Tolle

Where Piece Lives

If you want to be a voice for peace in the world, Dr. Wayne Dyer suggested that you should begin by making the followings;-

1. First and foremost, you have to offer peace to have it. Think of yourself as a peaceful person, and be an instrument of it.

2. Always remember that grievances bring turmoil while communication brings peace. You can shed grievances by letting go of your own self-absorption and practicing forgiveness.

3. Always, try as much as you can to give yourself the gift of a silent retreat every day, even if it is only for a few moments, experience this key to higher awareness.

4. Remind yourself that the greatest technique for bringing peace into your life is always to choose to be kind when you have a choice between being right or being kind.

These powerful lessons were shared by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer's Blog… read the full blog post.
