Standing inside yourself — is to monitor your self-talk.
How you speak to yourself (thoughts or thinking) especially when you are doing something or someone told you to do something. You have to talk to yourself as a winner, someone who is capable, and someone who believes that it’s possible to do something.
You can analyze that you are standing inside yourself if you see yourself taking to you positively, (the way you think or see things).
You can make decisions for your own, you can force yourself to wake up early in the morning, you can read a book even though you feel like you don’t want too — you can do anything that you feel like I can’t do it but you monitor yourself or force yourself to do it.
