The Power of Forgiveness
One among the motivational guru once said that “A snake never kill a person but what kills a person it is the venom from the snake.”
Many of us are suffering from that same venom and hurting ourselves for the things that we can take control.
Maybe this happens to some people because they don’t understand how worth or important they are. Therefore, they deserve to live a positive life with happiness and joy inside.
The best lesson that we can pick in this life is to learn to forgive others and mostly to forgive ourselves.
When you forgive others you let go of grueling and you let peace inside you take roots and grow.
When you forgive yourself you let peace stay inside your heart and give yourself a chance to understand life lessons.
When you forgive others, you drive their behaviors into the small corner and never allows the behaviors of others offends you — as that which offends you, it only weakens you, said Wayne Dyer.
When you forgive others, you feel happy and joyful because that is the true reality of the human being. As our true self is filled with kindness, love, humanity, and beauty.
When you forgive yourself, you never allow mistakes to EAT you. You will understand that the universe always communicates with us through different life lessons.
It is the matter of questioning yourself, what have I done well and what would I do differently next time. We should be grateful for the life lessons that the universe offers us.
When you forgive others, you let the ego get out on your way and live a positive life, not for the person who made you that way but for the sake of yourself. Give no place to any worry, it doesn’t suit you.
Get back to yourself and ask yourself, who should I forgive today? Then forgive them today and live your life happily as never before.
Don’t forget to forgive yourself too. Write down all the reasons why you deserve to forgive yourself? Then take an action on what comes in your mind.
When you forgive others, forget and let go. Call them or text them and tell them that, you forgive them completely. It may seem like a hard task — do it anyway, it will literally change the way how you perceive it.
Take a challenge today and forgive those who still need your forgiveness. It is healthy and you will release all fumes and frets, then you will grow bolder and stronger enough.
This passage from “A Course in Miracles” offers a lot about forgiveness;
“Do you want peace? Forgiveness offers it.
Do you want happiness, a quiet mind, a certain of purpose,
and a sense of worth and beauty that transcends the world?
Do you want a quietness that cannot be disturbed,
a gentleness that can never be hurt, a deep abiding comfort,
and a rest so perfect it can never be upset?
All this forgiveness offers you.
Just a reminder “A snake never kill a person and don’t let mistakes EAT you”. Better you forgive and let go. Do it for yourself and do it for others too — It is so powerful.
Or you may decide to practice this powerful affirmation for forgiveness — it is very helpful.
