Why I Love to Lie — to the Mind
If we believe life is meant to be loving, joyful, peacefull or happy — then we need to live it as if that is our own reality, however, if we think the opposite, life will always support our way of thinking.
I am a liar.
A great liar.
A big liar.
But who do I lie to — my MIND :)
I always lie to my mind.
Because I know the mind is fooled by its own words.
Things are only true to me once I gave them meaning!
If I don’t give it meaning then isn’t true to me, it becomes irreverence.
If I choose to ignore it.
If I said I don’t care.
If I train my mind to let go of someone/something that isn’t important — it follows me.
This is how we should treat stress.
This is how we take care of anxiety.
It’s how we get over a bad day.
It’s how we choose to forgive others.
Master it and you’ll always arise.
We are the creator of our own reality. That is what I know for sure.
We shouldn’t act like we are not in control of our life — from the inside out as our brain has evolved to discard information that thinks it has no relevance.
Give no attention to things that are of irreverence to you (not important).
Give only attention to the things that are relevant to you (important).
If you believe life is meant to be loving, joyful, and happy — then you need to live it as if that is your own reality, however, if you think the opposite, life will always support you too.
As where your attention goes energy always flows.
Your thoughts are energy.
Guide them.
