Learn to Guide Yourself through Your Thoughts

To be happy or unhappy is a choice.

To be positive or negative is a choice.

To be angry or not angry is a choice too.

Everything in this life is a choice and we all have played a great role in creating those choices.

You want to know how? It is because you have your own thoughts.

You are the master of your own thoughts; no one can create any reality for you but only you and what you are holding inside your mind.

I have been able to read different books on the science of thoughts but also practicing what I have learned and I have seen remarkable changes in my life.

Our thoughts are everything. We always hear that what you think most you become that from most of the greatest teachers but also it is through thoughts that present someone’s personality or behaviors. It is through thoughts too that choices are made.

Research has been done and shows that human being thinks 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day and out of 90% thoughts are the same thoughts from the day before, then this is followed,

“The Same thoughts = Same choices

Same choices = Same behavior :

Same behavior = Same experience :

Same experiences = Same feeling :

Same feeling = Same emotion :

Same emotion = Same thoughts again.

Circle complete!”

The same feeling will drive the same emotions and the same emotions will always produce the same thoughts there is where the cycle begins again and creates the person you are today.

This is what drives us to get back in our opening sentence that everything in this life is a choice.

If someone is happy, positive, not angry, it is a choice. It is because it always begins from your own thoughts. The way you put yourself in that state by thinking positive thoughts that never hurts yourself.

Your thoughts are things and whatever you experience inside your thinking will be experienced outside — through your emotion.

Other way, if you are not happy, is because you are thinking negative thoughts that cause those emotions of the state of being unhappy the same as angry, depressed or frustration.

If you want to have good choices in this life, then it is very simple “Shift Your Thoughts on the Things That You Want to See or Experience”.

Instead of focusing on the things that you do not want to see or experience — shift to the better choice that works for you.

You are like a magnet and you attract things when you think about them most. — Law of Attraction
